Forms Management Inc. (FMI) is continuously seeking ways in which we can better serve our clients. 

>FMI now accepts American Express as a form of payment for products and services.  Clients using our e-commerce web site to place orders may respond by using the message center on their client site or click on "Contact Us" on this website to activate this type of payment for orders placed.

> FMI has taken measures to enhance our e-commerce software that will assist customers in placing orders, retrieving information and adding cost center budget control to orders placed.  A list of the enhancements includes:
   1)  Allow customers to designate a monthly/annual budget, control orders placed by the designated budget amount and report usage and available budget balance for each cost center placing orders on-line.

  2)  Modified various customer home pages to include their unique logo and banner page. 

  3)  Added a demo site for potential customers to review the functionality of our e-commerce software

> We are pleased to announce that our e-commerce Report section will be redesigned with a new, modern look. The re-design features an accordion style view that collapses and expands as the customer selects their report categories. The Report Section is now highly customizable allowing FMI to configure background and text colors as well as report names and descriptions.

All e-commerce generated reports can now be exported conveniently to Microsoft Excel. FMI invoices can also now be sent to the Report Section of our e-commerce software allowing our customers the ultimate in online accessibility.
